On 21 May, Ahold Delhaize Pride welcomes Pim Blom to Brouwerscafé in HK Zaandam for a Lunch & Learn.

Pim is the author of Door het Regenboogplafond (NL), a book that explores the structural and cultural barriers LGBTQ+ professionals can experience in the workplace. During this session, he will share insights on how the “rainbow ceiling” operates within organizations, why visible role models matter, and what inclusive leadership truly requires in practice.

This Lunch & Learn goes beyond awareness. It invites us to reflect on representation, psychological safety, and career progression. What does it take to create an environment where everyone can be themselves and thrive? And what responsibility do we carry as colleagues, managers, and allies?

Whether you are part of the LGBTQ+ community or want to strengthen your allyship, this session offers concrete insights and practical reflection for building a more inclusive workplace together.
